HoneyBook outside the US

HoneyBook still isn't available in most countries. Here's what is.

HoneyBook added the United Kingdom and Australia on 28 May 2026, so it now serves four markets: the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Everywhere else — India, the EU, Singapore, the UAE, New Zealand, South Africa — still reaches the signup form and stops. Not a waitlist, not a rollout you can join early.

ApeiroCraft does the same core job — client pipeline, proposals your clients read and sign online, invoices from the accepted proposal — and is available in 220+ countries. Subscriptions are billed worldwide through Dodo Payments as merchant of record, plans are flat per workspace from $19/month, and the free plan needs no credit card.

How this comparison is made

Every row was checked by hand against HoneyBook's public pricing page and documentation, July 2026 — no scraped feature matrices, no guesses. When either product changes, the table changes. Spot something first? Tell us and we'll correct it, credited.

To be fair to HoneyBook

This page isn't an argument that HoneyBook is bad software. It's well-made, its scheduler and payment plans are genuinely good, and US photographers and planners like it for reasons that hold up. If you have a US or Canadian entity, it deserves a look and we say so on our full comparison.

The availability limit also has a reason: HoneyBook acts as the payment platform for its members, and that regulatory footprint is expensive to extend country by country. We avoided the problem by not doing it — your clients pay you through your own processor and payment links, so we never sit between you and your money, and there's no licence to obtain in each new market.

And the honest gaps on our side: no built-in scheduler, no time tracking, no accounting, no client portals with client logins, no public API yet. If those are central to your business, weigh them properly before switching.

HoneyBook outside the US, answered.

Why can't I sign up for HoneyBook in my country?

As of July 2026 HoneyBook serves businesses based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia — the UK and Australia were added on 28 May 2026. Everywhere else, including India, the EU, Singapore, the UAE, and New Zealand, still cannot sign up. The restriction comes from how its payments and financial products are built: it acts as the payment platform for its members, and that machinery has to be licensed market by market.

Does HoneyBook work in the UK, Australia, India, or the EU?

No. Businesses registered in those places can't complete signup. Some people work around it with a US entity and a US bank account, but that's an accounting and tax decision with real consequences, not a software tip — talk to an accountant before considering it.

What is the best HoneyBook alternative outside the US?

You want the same loop — pipeline, proposal, e-signature, invoice — from a vendor that will actually accept your business. ApeiroCraft is available in 220+ countries, has a free plan with no credit card, and charges $19, $79, or $149 per month flat per workspace instead of per seat. Bonsai and Dubsado are also usable from many countries; we compare against both honestly.

How does ApeiroCraft bill customers internationally?

Subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments acting as merchant of record, which covers 220+ countries and handles local payment methods and sales-tax obligations on our behalf. Plans are priced in USD, so your bank applies its own exchange rate on the day.

Can I invoice my clients in my own currency?

Yes — currency is set per invoice, so you can bill local clients in GBP, AUD, INR, or EUR and overseas clients in USD from the same workspace. Payments are collected through your own payment link and processor, so ApeiroCraft never takes a cut of what your clients pay you.

Is ApeiroCraft accounting software for my local tax rules?

No, and this matters. Invoices have an editable tax-rate field and space for your VAT number, ABN, or GSTIN, which covers ordinary invoicing. It does not calculate liabilities, produce statutory e-invoices, or file returns anywhere. Keep your bookkeeping tool or accountant.
